When do I need to place an order?
All orders must be placed 7 days in advance. You are welcome to place an order for a specific date as long as it is with the 7/10 day time frame.
When will I receive my cake?
We are currently unable to offer a delivery option but hope to
re-open our delivery service in the near future.
How do I store my cake?
Wrap all cakes/bakes up and place in a sealed container to preserve the moisture. Cakes
should last up to 4 weeks if sealed well.
Where do I collect my cake from?
We are located in Sandy, Hertfordshire and also have collection locations in Potters Bar and Hitchin. When ordering , please select your chosen Saturday and preferred collection location.
Once your order is placed you will receive an exact collect address with your order confirmation email
Can you decorate cakes?
We pride ourselves on providing great cakes without all the frills. Simple decorations may be possible for collection only, if pre arranged.
Drop us a message via our contact page before you order letting us know what you would like. Newton will be in touch asap to discuss your order.
Can I order a different type of cake?
Newton regularly updates his menu so watch out for new cakes dropping throughout the Year!

How many slices will I get from my cake?
Approximate portion amounts can be found written by each cake on the Order page.
What if I can't collect on the specified date?
During busy periods we try to keep collection days to a minimum. However, if you are really struggling to make the agreed date please drop us a message and we will try our best to accommodate you.
